No. You can browse, add to cart, check out and track an order as a guest. Membership is always optional.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Start with your child's age band, then compare height on the size guide. Unavailable sizes are shown as out of stock.
Which payment methods work?
Only the methods configured by FARZANAH appear at checkout. Payment currently runs as a simulation while providers are being connected.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us with your order number; items should be unworn and in original condition.
